  • "Democratic leaders like Ted Lieu do not stand up for We The People. They want to take our freedom with Socialist, destroy our mortality with late and even full term abortion, and open our boarders so we don't know who's coming. This is wrong. Time to Vote Wright!" (twitter.com)

  • "I am all for gun control - criminals with guns should be controlled in jail." (twitter.com)
  • "Obama care actually limited access to health at LA County hospitals. Never needed a card for care until Obama care. Premiums Skyrocketed, deductibles through the roof, and many could Not choose their doctor. Just imagine single payer socialized medicine, horrible!" (twitter.com)
  • "We must secure our border in order to have any meaningful immigration policy. Open borders as advocated by my Congressional opponent Ted Lieu would create chaos. Securing the border requires multiple modalities with emphasis on a physical border. A physical barrier prevents ingress and all the issues with undocumented immigrants on our soil. Once they are on American soil they become our responsibility. Better to have a physical barrier so we don’t have to. It also discourages migrants from coming in the first place. A physical barrier has worked well in Israel to stop terrorist attacks and a physical barrier can help stop undocumented entry from our southern border." (drwrightforcongress.com)
  • "It is difficult to determine but there are around 14 – 20 million undocumented immigrants here in the U.S. So what do we do with so many living in the shadows? Somehow it doesn’t seem fair to deport them when for years we encouraged them to stay by looking the other way and proving services. My suggestion is to offer a Residency Status to noncitizens including the DACA immigrants who are law abiding and self-sufficient – not on welfare. This is not citizenship. As Resident Status they must pay their fair share of taxes, are not eligible for welfare and cannot vote. Those here undocumented will have 12 months to register for Resident Status. If they do not qualify for Residency or just fail to register, they must return to their home country or face deportation. Those with Resident Status will have the option to apply for citizenship, but must go to the back of the line behind others who are in the process of obtaining U.S. citizenship – no "cutting" the line." • "To recover and maintain American economic leadership, we need to renegotiate trade agreements with China and other countries that have been using unfair business practices. We need to stimulate Made in America by placing punitive tariffs on countries that tax us and those counties that are cheating." (drwrightforcongress.com)

Pro-life Do you generally support pro-choice or pro-life legislation?
I personally am prolife, however, the law should stand as it is now. Late term abortion should NOT be allowed except for threats to woman?s life, physical health and Mental Health.
Yes In order to balance the budget, do you support reducing defense spending?
No In order to balance the budget, do you support an income tax increase on any tax bracket?
Yes Do you support the regulation of indirect campaign contributions from corporations and unions?
No more SUPER PAC
Yes Do you support capital punishment for certain crimes?
Yes Do you support alternatives to incarceration for certain non-violent offenders such as mandatory counseling or substance abuse treatment?
No Do you support mandatory minimum sentences for non-violent drug offenders?
Non violent drug use should be treated with counseling not jail.
No Do you support federal spending as a means of promoting economic growth?
Yes Do you support lowering taxes as a means of promoting economic growth?
Yes Do you support providing tax incentives to businesses for the purpose of job creation?
Tax incentives to corporations that manufacture in the USA- Bring back MADE IN AMERICA.
No Do you generally support requiring states to adopt federal education standards?
States should have power over their schools, because schools in different states have different needs, - Schools in Montana has different needs and culture than New Jersey.
No Do you support building the Keystone XL pipeline?
Yes Do you support government funding for the development of renewable energy (e.g. solar, wind, thermal)?
Yes Do you support increased regulations on the hydraulic fracturing ("fracking") industry?
Keystone pipeline is not needed now as we have a surplus of oil. We should fund research on electron storage - capacitor battery - the big problem with solar and wind is electricity storage. Fracking can be dangerous to the environment - should be regulated
Yes Do you believe that human activity is contributing to climate change?
Yes Do you support the federal regulation of greenhouse gas emissions?
Our biggest polluter is China - twice as much as the USA. We must stop China's pollution. The clean air act I support. We must be careful about enact or more Federal regulations as they have to potential to put even more US companies out of business. we need Reasonable Regulations.
Yes Do you generally support gun-control legislation?
I agree with the Second Amendment and the right to bear Arms. I own shot guns. However, Arms should be regulated. Arms should be registered and background checks done when a person buys a gun. Extremely dangerous arms like machine guns and full auto guns should require a special License. People with criminal records and people with mental disorders should not have a gun.
Yes Do you support repealing the 2010 Affordable Care Act ("Obamacare")?
The Affordable Care Act creates a governmental health insurance monopoly forcing patients into a limited number of standardized government-approved plans. Because of the monopoly there is lack of competition between insurance companies so premiums go up, deductibles go up and freedom to choose your own doctor goes down. When ?health care plans? dictate what care is given and which doctors you can go to, the quality of care becomes compromised. Only keep the regulation that you can not be denied heath care insurance because of a pre-existing condition.
No Do you support requiring immigrants who are unlawfully present to return to their country of origin before they are eligible for citizenship?
Immigrants from many faiths and cultures have merged to make America great. However, illegal immigration is now out of control and needs to be addressed. Our priority should be to secure the border and control the visa program. Once the border is secured, then we need to deal with those illegal immigrants in the United States. Those that have been in the United States long term should after paying a fine, be able to get in line and wait their turn with other immigrants and earn a path to citizenship.
Yes Do you support same-sex marriage?
There should be separation of church and state
Yes Should the U.S use military force in order to prevent governments hostile to the United States from possessing a nuclear weapon?
No Do you support increased American intervention in Iraq and Syria beyond air support?
Yes Do you support allowing individuals to divert a portion of their Social Security taxes into personal retirement accounts?

I am running for Congress to work for an America of equal opportunity, freedom, and mutual respect. We should have the freedom to keep the fruits of our labor while also ensuring we care for the less fortunate. We can do both by reducing wasteful spending, bringing manufacturing back, and adopting a fair tax code. I am determined to unite Americans so we can work together to find real solutions to our challenges such as, creating jobs, revitalizing our inner-cities, improving veterans? care, and keeping America safe. We must stop decision making based on special interest and party lines.
